My family is wealthier than my dad's, and they already borrowed hundreds of thousands of dollars from him [in lawyer fees because he helps them with cases AND in just loans], one of them asked to borrow our HOUSE and CAR while we were on vacation [thousands of miles away, in Disney], and we're expected to throw all the parties :/ So, never tell anyone you're a lawyer and never buy a house nicer than your relatives. We're not wealthy, but they think we are.
