+515 It's really annoying when people use apostrophes for plurals, yet they don't use them for possession. For exaple: 'I borrowed Matthews pencil's.', amirite?

"exaple" Attempt at Grammar Nazi FAIL!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yes, it's very annoying when people don't grasp simple grammar rules taught in elementary school and reviewed every year until graduation. It's even more annoying when they respond to your polite or joking correction with something like "fuk u this is teh intarweb's not scool who care's iill type lyke howevr i wanna cuz peple getit newayz" (That *really* hurt.)

You hate when people spell example wrong, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You hate IT when people spell example wrong. Otherwise, what or who do you hate when people spell example wrong?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

*whom.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm afraid that it is not whom, it is who... :( http://web.ku.edu/~edit/whom.html We'll catch him off guard someday.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It is actually whom. The subject of the sentence is 'you' because 'you hate' and the who is a 'him', ergo, you use whom.

I love you(:

It was just a typo, I mean it's not an attempt at grammar nazi if I'm just correcting something you should've learned in like kindergarten.

Those mistakes cannot be made when correcting other mistakes, you fool.
