I agree, but we should harvest forests in a sustainable way. Cut down old/dying trees and plant new ones. Also don't clear cut one huge area. Do an acre here and there so a whole chunk of forest doesn't vanish. And we should also be going digital more so we don't need as much paper.

There are so many products used from trees... http://www.idahoforests.org/wood_you.htm Over 5,000, actually. Check that place out, then you will realize how wrong you are.

Just look at all the tropical rainforests we are cutting down to fit big industry needs. All the things you listed would be able to be made with enough trees and seeds left to regenerate new trees to replace the ones cut down. It's the unnecessary vast expanses of forest we are cutting down that needs to be stopped. We are kiling ourselves idiots. Put down the comic book and get informed dumbasses. We kinda need the oxygen

Wipe your ass with your hand, then. And etch out what you need to write in stone. I agree with not cutting down rain forests and such, but a lot of companies are planting trees after they cut them down.
