i am an art history major myself.. although i said yes because i love art-related posts, but i have to say there's such as bad art following with the methods of techniques and rationality, it requires TALENT to do jackson pollock's paint splashing... it is always an unfinished debate for that

This argument assumes that there are no bad people (and by bad people I mean weak people, boring people, unqualified people). There are definitely bad people so there can definitely be bad art.
