+419 Why did Bill Clinton get in trouble for one affair, and George Bush never got impeached when he continually fucked the entire country? amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It wasn't because of the affair, it was he lied in federal court.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

He lied to the entire country. Get your facts straight.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Clinton lied to us about something that was NONE OF OUR GODDAMN BUSINESS. That's what we get for trying to make public business out of people's personal lives. If I had my way, he'd still be president.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

good thing you don't have your way.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

He did take an oath though.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ah... Truth.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Clinton was a great president. No one can deny that, not even the people who hated him. His private life didn't interfere with his ability to run the country. Bush smoked crack when he was younger but American's still voted him into office.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

What did george bush fuck up exactly?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

lmaoreally? You're fucking stupid if you have to ask that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Go ahead, give me examples.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

really, Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were both impeached by the House, but each was acquitted in the Senate and remained in office. No president has been convicted and removed from office. Nixon might have been, but he resigned before the House voted on impeachment. therefore Clinton did serve his full term

by Anonymous 13 years ago

wow wtf??!?!?!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Clinton was a terrible president. Bush saved this country from a lot of things. And now you know who is running it into the ground!! We are screwed unless our leadership changes!!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

What did Clinton do wrong that was bad for the country? I know he lied about an affair, but any man would do that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That war has kept the terrorists from growing and continuing to attack our country and other countries. It's kept that country from tearing themselves apart.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh and don't forget, it's also expending money we don't have and lots of manpower as well. WHAT A FANTASTIC, WELL-MEANING, SUCCESSFUL WAR!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Although people don't like what Bush did it was never illegal so he couldn't get impeached. You can't impeach a president just because you don't like what hes doing.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

First, no one can blame Bush for the war right now because in order for it to start, it had to go through congress so really that's who you should blame. And also, Clinton screwed up when he was in office and left a ton of problems to Bush to resolve. This is going to be like Ronald REgan..everyone thought he was a terrible president when he was in office, however when he was no longer in office, the people of America realized how much good he had actually done for this country. The same is going to go for Bush because in my opinion, he was a great leader and promoted the right things and he was WAY better than our current president..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You're racists!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

how is that being racist, regardless of his race, i just dont agree with what he has tried to do with our country and all the empty promises he has given this country..nothing racist here, and i like people of all color, just like Jesus did, "red and yellow, black and white, they are precious in His sight."

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If you aren't racist then who on earth are the red and yellow people? The Indians and Asians? Yeah, you're not racist, I'd buy that for a dollar.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

how the heck is that being racist? its an observation

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Either way. Regardless of the war, it's too late to pull out now, and I don't really blame Bush. He doesn't look that smart to begin with, and I think the politicians BEHIND him were the real masterminds. Bush was more or less a figurehead and a scapegoat.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The point about Clinton lying about an affair was a big deal because a leader needs to have integrity, people. The man we trusted to run our country lied to the faces of every American. He did not have good leadership qualities.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Oh I guess lying to the entire nation to start a war for personal gain, is good leadership qualities.... Lying might have something with being a leader, but it's not the only thing that makes a leader a leader

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe not, but you know what, if he lied about an affair, what else could he have lied about? It was a dumbass move. He shouldn't have lied. End of story.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I do agree he shouldn't have lied, but I mean if we asked him if he ate cereal for breakfast and he said no, EVEN THOUGH HE DID!!! Then does that really matter in the long run? I mean that's something that is in his private life. Bush lied about something that affected the entire nation, what else could HE have lied about?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Both of them sucked. You don't lie to the American people. It's wrong.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah, Bush started the war prematurely. Yeah, it sucks. But we would have gone in eventually and at least he was pro life and against gay marriage and he isn't a robinhood like Obama. Abortion kills way more human lives in a single than the war ever has.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Are you kidding me? Abortion may kill more Americans than abortion has, but we're not the only people that matter. Do you have any idea how many people died when we dropped bombs in Japan? How many people died in World War I and II? How many people have died in this 'war on terror'? 'Pro life and against gay marriage' yeah, like that's all that matters. You're absolutely ridiculous if you think that's all that matters in a president. You sound to me like a cousin fucking redneck from somewhere like Arkansas. People like you are the reason the rest of the world thinks americans are stupid. Thank you for destroying this country, by the way.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wow it's funny how ignorant these Conservatives are, I agree with you man, the guy/girl above you is to dumb to understand, Republicans as a party only care for themselves, not even this country let alone the rest of the world, they provide the stupids with false information, and they follow them to their end

by Anonymous 13 years ago

really? we are the ignorant ones that are too dumb to understand the nonsense your saying out of your ass? is it because we believe in saving unborn children so they can live a fulfilling life like you and me, or is it because we believe in honest politicians that save stupid democrat's asses all of the time??

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You save an unborn child to do what with him/her? If they can't afford to be medicated, manage to get a good job, get a good education.... Do you want these children to be born so they can go to bullshit wars, so they can quench the thirst of greedy politicians with their blood and sweat? I mean you say you're pro life, but you're also pro war and pro gun. Do guns make you live longer? Does war make you live longer? Does not being able to go to a hospital for a simple problem (until it turns into a serious threat) make you live longer?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Also what about the whole thing in Arizona? I mean you do know that there are Americans living in land that used to belong to the Mexicans. But I guess that's okay, because they can't do anything about that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Can you please point out to me where i said that i was pro war and pro gun? Becasue I dont remember saying that.
