+174 American hating Europeons are so cliche. No matter what a person from the US says, he/she is labled ignorant. Perhaps it's Europe that is developing the ignorance problem.. amirite?

Seriously, not all Americans are complete idiots.

"American-hating Europeans" and "American hating Europeans" have completely opposite meanings. Also, nice spelling of "Europeans" there.

As a neutral person (someone who is from neither place) I have to say, there is always going to be the whole America vs. Europe thing. Always. I do have to say that, on average, Americans are more loud and obnoxious and I know this through experiencing it. Although I can only say this for the ones that I have met when they've visited the country I live in and when I've been to America. It's great to have spirit and faith in your country but I think a lot of Americans take it too far. Not only that but the amount of times I have been corrected on this site when I've used "realised" or some other word like that. For Europeans you can hardly class them all as one because of the vast majority of countries in Europe. When someone says America, they generally just mean the USA, but Europe has so many different countries so the two are hardly comparable. Also, your argument is invalid because you spelt "European" wrong. Downvote me as you please.

European people tell me my American spelled words are spelled wrong too, ignorance works both ways. I haven't met very many patriotic Americans, and extremists come from every where. And as the old saying says, people think think the loudest of the group speak for it.
