Why does this post only address girls? Guys lose hair too.

Actually, I thought it was common knowledge that we all lose about 100 strands of hair a day since new hairs grow in all the time and hence, old ones fall out. Just the cycle of hair. :) Of course, considering the thousands of hair we have on our head, a 100 a day is not much at all. xD

You have almost 100 million hair-strands on your head so it would take about a million days without getting new hair :S
