+775 Teachers say they don't pick favorites, and then they let the smart kid get away with forgetting their homework, amirite?

Well if they let the "slackers" get away with not doing their homework, they would think they could always get away with it. Its a character kind of thing....if a teacher thinks the student honestly forgot, then they're going to let it slide.

Once I forgot my homework, and my teacher yelled at me for it in the middle of class to the point where I was almost in tears. Then after class my teacher pulled me aside and told me to bring it in for credit the next day... -.-" Sometimes I just don't understand teachers.

The teacher doesn’t let the smart kids get away with it; they let the hardworking kids get away with it. Not the same thing.

My teacher is a douche...he picks the little kiss up bitches for favourites and they aren't even smart! They don't even have to do any work (I'm not even kidding) and then when anybody else is off task they get in trouble, smart or not.

My teacher had a favorite student who was also the class clown. She taped a picture of a dick to the teachers back with absolutely no reprecussions now imagine another student doing that.

One teacher I ad last year was a total ass and only let the pretty girls and genuis Asians get away with it, another understood that just because I get a few Bs on my repot card doesn't mean I'm not hardworking. I guess it just depends on the teacher.
