What? How can they be in a position to make you finish their chores, and not make the sibling? I'm confused.

Well, my brother will claim he finished a chore, and go somewhere to hangout with his friends. If the chore has to be done right then (dishes so my mom can cook, etc) then my mom will make me do it. Or if it can wait but she just wants it done.
