If you initiate the call to someone's mobile or from your mobile and the call drops sometime during the call, whoever initiated the call should be the one that calls back. Even if you asked them to call you via another method (txt, email, etc), amirite?

yeah or else you get stuck in that never ending loop where both people are trying to call each other at the same time and you can't get through.
