It's cute as long as it's innocent and up until they're 8. Once they're around 9 and have a general idea of what a "real" relationship entails, it's pretty creepy and gross.

Yeah it's really cute when they're in preschool and are are still like 5 or 6 or 7 years old. But 9 and 10 year olds shouldn't be in a relationship.

My 4 year old 2nd cousin calls me his girlfriend. Even though were 12 years apart haha. I think it's cute though.
