The show focuses on really stupid people, like girls who have slept with 100 men by age 16. Mostly ugly girls who think they're hot. I don't know why they're obese though.

Me & my sister were having a discussion similar to this the other day. I said that it was a little weird in my mind that a lot of the chicks on that show that have slept with a lot of guys and have 5 or 6 possible fathers for their child are obese. I'm not trying to be disrespectful or rude or say that obese chicks can't get any love, but where I'm from, they really can't. So in my mind it's kind of weird.
