I just really dont inderstand why its a sin. it doesnt hurt anyone, and it makes ME feel better. IM the only one affected by it, and in a good way. a lot of the things about the church ill never understand...

Who ever said masturbation was a sin? Jesus never did nor did the Bible. I would say most Christians (who usually don't even know what the fuck they're talking about) believe it is wrong because almost everyone who masturbates fanstasizes about a person which is lust, so that is a sin. But I am a Christian, I read the Bible regularly and it doesn't ever say the act of masturbation is a sin. If anything Jesus wants us to pleasure ourselves, which diverts us from having sex with multiply partners (which of course is a sin). Remember God gave us sex to enjoy! Even with ourselves.

my school was really strict with that sort of stuff (it was a catholic school) and they told us if we'd done it, we had to go to confession for it because it was wrong. that never stopped me...haha
