I always use the one on the left. I forget about the one on the right. I tried to use the one on the right for this post, it took me a couple of tries.

I alternate. I use the shift on the opposite side of the keyboard of the letter I want capitalized.

Wow. I know I sound really stupid right now, but I seriously forgot there were 2. I guess I dont really think about it. Hhmm..... Well this is odd. I favor the left one, even when Im typing like a Z. hahah. And the whole 2Ctrl key thing... mind.blown.

I only ever use the left Ctrl key, and the right Shift key. I don't think I've ever touched the right Ctrl key, or the left Shift key.
