Are you guys serious? First of all, the technology is so much more advanced in the future, it'd make living there way easier and more fun. Second of all, as much as I love history, you already know so much about what went on just from reading books. If you went into the future, you would have the knowledge of what will happen before anyone else. How cool is that?

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be possible to travel any further back in time than when the machine was invented. I don't know though, I'm definitely not an expert.
