i was in my dorm's lounge watching a video assigned for class... and all of a sudden naked people were on the screen...it was quite awkward

Society has been conditioned to believe nudity and sex are dirty and should be kept behind closed doors.

Believe it or not, most human beings have genitals underneath their clothing. We need to stop acting like having them is something to be ashamed of. Now, I'm not condoning stripping everything off and going full monty in public, but sometimes the prudishness of the society around me feels almost Puritanical.

Or those school issued health text books. I always feel embarrassed when I go past the reproduction section, and when I read it, I try to cover the penis/vagina with my arm -_-
