I can guarantee this has probably never happened; 99% of the time it's something insanely rare, that most people would never have heard of, or not at all what it seems at first. If you're diagnosing before House, either 1)you saw the episode before or 2)you're googling symptoms while you watch, but that probably wouldn't work anyway.
