No. Families know what they think you are. It's unlikely that you are what they think, so they can't tell that you're depressed.

Maybe they do notice and just aren't sure how to react. I notice when a lot of people are depressed, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do, so I just pretend that I don't notice. This helps no one, of course. =/

if you think you are depressed you should definitely try and get some professional help it's a serious illness

you are not depressed, just another bad day that the rest of your family deals with daily. dont wait for them to notice, talk to them.
