+119 right and wrong are opinions not facts. amirite?

A fact is a statement that can be proven true or false, and opinions can't be right or wrong. They're one's own personal belief. So, basically your whole post is backwards.

Actually the OP is correct if you think about in these terms... One day long ago someone had the opinion that it was wrong to beat your wife, there is no way to prove its wrong yet most people just held similar opinions so then it just became wrong... So if speaking in moral terms then yes he/she is correct, in math or science you are correct.. In my opinion at least...

Even if you are talking about morality (I surmised that you are,) this is still incorrect. Right and wrong come from one place, and one place only: the Bible.

I disagree. The bible is an excellent guide to right and wrong, but right and wrong are not dirived from it. For example, the ten comandments are ten rules of moral conduct. Without knowledge of them, it's still obvious that lying and stealing and cheating are wrong. Right and wrong comes from your heart and your expirience.

I think this person is completely correct! Right and wrong are opinions.... But incorrect and correct are facts. :3

Sociologically speaking, it is commonly excepted that the concept of not only right and wrong but truth as well are all relative concepts. Right and wrong are based on the ethics a society or an individuals personal set of morals. Therefore relative to where and who. Truth is derived from current scientific methods limited by our understanding of the world. As methods improve we might very well discover that what we curently perceive as fact or truth, may in reality be complete nonsense. For example, it was fact that the world was flat, it was fact that the sun revolved around the earth, it was fact that women should not attend higher learning because their brains would not be able to cope, it was fact that the white man was genetically superior to the black man, it was fact that the atom was the smallest particle in existence. Surely no one here is naive enough to think truth is an absolute, are they?
