If i see anyone who plays an instrument and genuinly loves it and enjoys absolutely every second of it and plays it beautifully then he is a musician.

Well, yeah, composer doesn't just mean writing music. It basically just means writers in general.

yeah, cause you could play a guitar, violin or any other instrument for years and still suck but i think your a musician when you really love to play your instrument.
