Reminds me of Akon from a few years back. He got into some trouble for dirty dancing with an underage girl- while he was performing at a 21+ bar. Not his fault, nor yours (I hope your post was hypothetical; there could be some harsh penalties).

Lots of girls look way older than they are. I have a 15 year old cousin and her butt, face, and boobs look like an adult's. It's ridiculous.

@breakfastfan: it was a dark event. There's video, I'm sure if he saw her outside that setting easily he'd know she's not 21 but in a dark club like that when she's got a shitload of makeup and skanky clothes, yeah its hard to tell. Plus, why would he even assume she could be under 21?
