You can't be serious. They really should just do some "unknowns" for the part of Katniss, Gale, and maybe Peeta. Although I can't help but to picture Robert Downey Jr. or Hugh Laurie ( I Think that's how you spell it) for Haymitch

agreed. migod, Kristen Stewart? If she's Katniss... unspeakable things will happen to the directors and producers of the movie... And a 12 year old. A 12 YEAR OLD. A 12 year old should be playing PRIM, not Katniss. Uggggh. If I could choose, I'd have someone like, I dunno...Malese Jow, maybe. Uggggh.

all the ones for peeta are good. I like Drew Roy for Gale. I despice Dakota fanning lol anyone but her for Prim. OMG Drew Sealy is a perfect Cinna, just how i pictured him lol. the other tributes all look good. Im just not sure who should be Katniss thats a hard character to be

Dakota annoys me because she can only play one type of character, monotone and depressing. She's not diverse at all. that doesn't make her a talented actress.

I agree that the first was good, second pretty good, and third was like... what happened? It wasn't bad just... eh. I absolutely HATE the end to the trilogy. I hate how they just ignored Gale doing whatever over there. (Personally I'm a more of a Gale-person than a Peeta-person, that's probably why I have this feeling.)

I fell the exact same way. I LOVE Gale, Peeta is kind eeeh. And I suppose it makes sense why Suzanne Collins put Katniss with him but still...bleh.

Catching Fire>Hunger Games>Mockingjay Don't get me wrong, Mockingjay was still awesome, but not as awesome as the first two. It was the corniest ending ever, and two people I liked died. Not to mention Peeta was insane, and Katniss disn't actually really do anything...all in all not that great. Though still better than other books I've read recently. I do prefer Peeta though, so I guess that was cool. One of the best parts of the books was the books was the fact that she never gave one guy the upper-hand (*cough* Twilight *cough*). I do feel it was more view of society than love story though, so whatever. Sorry for the wall of text.

It seemed like the last 50-100 pages she was like "wait...gotta end the book!" and then just frantically tried to tie up all the loose ends. And the end to the Peeta v. Gale thing was so... disapointing :( But I LOOVVEEE the first two books.

The first book was greeatt. The second book was all right, but it kind of set up the third book, which was the worst by far :/ It seemed like every single character died (& Cinna was my favorite >.<), and she crammed the 'conclusion' to the love triangle in the last page.. Still, a movie could be kick-ass, if they don't screw up the casting. Which they probably will.

So unfair how Gale ended up just being kicked out of the picture. Peeta deserved way better than Katniss! Plus she got like pressured into having kids and a marriage she never wanted. Man I hated her by the end of the Mockingjay. ESPECIALLY when she voted "yes" to the new Hunger Games they were considering. But my god, the first and second books were amazing. The whole concept just blows my mind. Incredible stuff, the last one just killed it for me.

I heard Justin biebers playing katniss jk love the series I love how Suzanne remained realistic and the characters werent immune to anger fear pettiness etc. I picked up the hunger games before almost anyone had heard about it
