+646 It would be fucking awesome to be able to drain a lake or river and see everything that's been sitting lost at the bottom, amirite?

Wonder how many dead bodies you'd find..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

if its a popular lake, then at least one dead body!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm pretty sure dead bodies float. Unless you mean a totally decomposed body. Then yeah, maybe :P

Do you know that it's possible for the current to push it down.. wedged between rocks. It has happened... There's a lot of people who have never been found.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ah, I see. That's interesting.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

by Anonymous 13 years ago

LOL I didn't even think of the marine life. I guess that would be a problem.

It will happen one day, when there's some sorta drought or something

They drain the lake in my town once a year in the beginning of the winter. Not completely though. They do it to prevent flooding.

Every twenty years or so they drain the lakes for TVA for a couple weeks. We live near one and went walking in it- found all kinds of amazing stuff!!! Plus it's just fun.
