There was actually a woman who died from holding in her pee. It was a competition to win a Wii for her kids and she died of water intoxication.

Yeah, you just said she died of water intoxication. That's from drinking too much water, holding her pee had nothing to do with it, it was the amount of water she drank. Drinking too much water causes an imbalance of water and electrolytes.
