I think it's more all the i think photoshopped things we see in magazines and all the retouched things on TV. And that most celebrities are very skinny in the first place so as women that's what we are told we should look like.

It's a DOLL. Anyone that's insecure because of a doll has mental problems. Maybe little girls would like to look more like her, but if a fifteen year old girl like me is insecure because of a doll, it's just not right.

Already beat you to it. I did a research paper on it last year. It's not as much about the Barbie as it is about the other superficial sexist things in pop culture that Barbie is a perfect, familiar example of.
