I reckon, I think it's just easier for them to say "Oh ADD," instead of disciplining them right. And you have to not give them sugar and fizzy drink too. Some of course do have ADD...

Wrong. ADD. Attention defesit disorder. It's where you can't pay attention well at all. Reall add people can't focus on one thing for more than like 3 minutes.
