I'm pretty sure it's bad for them to sleep with bra's on. Then again, that's just what my girlfriend says. I don't know, i dont have boobs big enough that need the support :P

Why would you care if your step dad saw you without a bra? I walk around my house with just a t-shirt all the time and my dad and brothers see me. I don't understand why running into your step dad would cause you to wear a bra while you sleep? Boobies need to BREATHE!

Your reply begs me to ask if you can't be comfortable around your dad (step) without a bra, what can you be comfortable with? I'm sure he couldn't care less. You should be comfortable in your own home.

I only voted NW because you said NEVER. I fall asleep in class all the time and I don't take my bra off to do that. >.> Also, sometimes I take naps with it on or when I'm having a sleepover I leave it on.

I used to not wear mine, but I do Now cause I usually put my pjs oh before bed and I don't walk around my house will my boobs jiggling, especially with two brothers and their cute Friends.

My boobs are cooped up in a bra wayy too long during the day. I'm taking that damn thing off. Plus, if I sleep in a bra, my boobs pop out. So yeah. Pretty annoying.

Wearing a bra, especially a constricting one with underwires, and especially to bed, prevents normal lymphatic flow and would likely lead to anoxia (lower than normal oxygen content), which has been related to fibrosis, which has been linked to increased cancer risk. I didn't write that x}

I do too, but I wear a strong sports bra to bed and then end up wearing it during the day too. It's way more comfortable than a padded.

I almost always sleep w a bra on. Some people say it's unhealthy, and it's true your boobs need to breathe now and then, but it also helps to keep your boobs from saggin. I don't think it hurts you either way.
