I got out of the mile in seventh grade because of my period. Oddly enough, a guy got out of doing the mile because he said he was on his period a week later...

Try a tampon. Running around and exercising actually help peoples cramps. Im a girl and I have never missed anything because of my period.

I use the Period Excuse whenever I have a male sub. No questions are asked.

A lot of girls are huge babies about their periods. Some cramps, irritability, headaches, bloating, and vaginal bleeding shouldn't interrupt your daily life. It sucks really bad, trust me, I know, but people use it as an excuse to be bitchy or not participate in daily things that have nothing to do with your time of the month. I get the swimming one, but gym? It's called a sport tampon. Be a big girl and wear one. And the bitchiness is so annoying! I get it! We all feel like that when it's our time of the month, but could you please keep it to yourself? You being in a bad mood and snapping at everyone puts everyone around you in a bad mood!

this one time in 8th grade this girl in my class raised her hand and asked the teacher "can i go to the bathroom? i need to change my pad, i'm pretty sure i leaked." and the teacher was a dude. it was the most awkward thing i've ever experienced in my life.
