Well, if you aren't going to bring in money for the family, then your job should be to keep your home running smoothly. What else are you gonna do all day? This works for men, too.

This goes for men too, but it's usually women who are expected to take care of the kids and cook and clean, because women usually don't go for tougher jobs with longer hours and more pay. But whoever is less busy should do the most housework and take care of the kids. A lot of women today have good careers where they work a lot, have a lot of power, and do make a lot of money.
