when you see a pair of shoes on a telephone poll you wonder how it got there, amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
You tie 'em together & you fling them up & each shoe lands on different sides of the wire & gets stuck.
by Anonymous13 years ago
well do they walk into the middle of the street to do it?
by Anonymous13 years ago
Different shoes represent different drugs being sold on that streeet!

DRUG DEALERS!
by Anonymous13 years ago
I have a friend who works for the electric company. He likes to stop anytime he finds them and cuts them down. Just so the drug dealers have to spend their profit to keep buying shoes.

What about those little round things on some telephone poles? Am I the only one who thought those were basketballs?
by Anonymous13 years ago
Nope. I don't.
My friend from the city told me people throw them up there when there's a murder at that spot.
But most people throw them up there just 'cuz.

They show where there is someone dealing...
by Anonymous13 years ago
Hm. Learn something new everyday~
And it makes sense. My town has a lot of dealers.
