Too many people make a big deal about him... he was okay and the film was good, but c'mon he wasn't that good. Also I don't think he really represented the real joker that well... he kind of created his own joker, which was still good.

Uh, Johnny Depp is so overrated. Yeah, he's cool and funny, but all his roles are pretty similar. A really good actor can play everything. I'm talking about guys like Jim Carrey, Anthony Hopkins, Tom Hanks, Edward Norton, Will Smith, Brad Pitt, Kevin Spacey, Leonardo DiCaprio. But never mind. Heath Ledger's role as the joker was legendary and he would have been on the top now if he hadn't died. Still I'm not quite sure if I can call it the best ever played.
