what u do, is any chance u see ur self biting ur nails sit on ur hands or start tapping on something to stop. and if that doesnt work think about where ur hands have been that day and all the gross crap on them

I used anti-bite, nasty nail polish. I quit.

I'm really tryingto grow out these nasty stubs. I really just can't stop! It was my New Years Resolution to quit, not going very well.

I've tried anti-bite nailpolish, chewing gum all the time, sitting on my hands, everything... And I still can't quit. >.<

i wipe off my fingernails with nailpolish remover every morning... works like a charm its smell is like an instant reminder to keep my nails away from my mouth i havent bit them in a while :) only problem is once they grow out really long they break and then i have random stubs again
