Uh.... If you don't jump up and down and run away from the bee, making it confused and anrgry, it won't hurt you. It's not thy hard to understand. People who flip out too mug almost deserve the stingy. But spiders are a totally different thing. That shit is scary!!!

I don't care when a bee's around me. i don't freak out like "AHHHH HOLY SHIT A BEE! AHHH RUN AWAY BEFORE IT STINGS YOU!" Actually they hardly ever sting you.

A bee will only sting if it believes it's queen is in danger, I actually quite like bees, they're incredibly important and cool little creatures. If you run away you're almost certainly over-reacting but you probably shouldn't make light of someone's phobia, the whole point of it is that it's irrational!
