indeed true; but, dont make it an addiction because it is also a wastage of energy and also has certain side-effects for guys.

Its because when a male gets an erection a lot of blood rushes to his junk (some of it from his head) and afterwards the lack of blood in his head makes him feel sleepy. Dunno about females tho...might be a similar story.
