I've only heard it once on an episode of Baggage with Jerry Springer, where a lady said she was a "seasonal bisexual" and she meant that in summer when women wear less clothes she becomes more attracted to females.

i heard of it on baggage. it kinda makes sense. in winter, she likes snuggling up with a warm man, in summer, she goes to the beach and sees all the girlies in their bikinis.
