Do you think that if we had the technology to teleport, there would be technology to police where people teleport to, though??

If we were able to teleport it would require extremly advanced technology that wouldn't be available to average people (it would probably be like buying an airplane just much more expensive).

Just because there is teleportation doesn't mean there is UNBOUNDED teleportation. Can you drive wherever you want? Can you walk wherever you want in the world? Fly an airplane where you want? If teleportation were invented, it would have its own secure traffic laws. I assume some "teleportation site" would be deemed "public," while others would be private and have their own codes to teleport to. Some sites would be high-security and perhaps you'd have to present a specific identifier to use them.
