I used to do that with my last name in 1st grade, it was only 5 letters long and very simple to spell. I've also mispelled my first name a few times recently because I'll get distracted halfway through my 4 letter name and forget to put in the last letters. So, my name will be Sa or Sar and not Sara.

An even lower point is forgetting your name completely... We can all be glad that we haven't done this... Unless someone HAS done this... Then I hope they had a slight bit of memory loss because of shock or something
