Exactly. Universities need to have AT LEAST double the college's books plus fifteen.

In the U.S, a college is often one part of the entire university.

In NZ, we call high school, college. Like instead of ____ High School we have ____ College. And then we have University.

In england you go to high school until you're 16, college from 16-18 and university from 18
