I found the cure to unemployment. Get rid of mannequins and have people stand there instead, amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
I like it... :)
by Anonymous13 years ago
no, because then all the people whose job it is to make mannequins would no longer have a job
by Anonymous13 years ago
then they can become mannequins...
by Anonymous13 years ago
they did that on 90210 (:

i@767692 (Anonymous): uh...what?
by Anonymous13 years ago
the show, 90210.
they have a store that this guy worked for,
and he had to be a mannequin in a window.

oh

Except that then you'd have to pay people for what you otherwise wouldn't have to regularly pay for.
by Anonymous13 years ago
What if you punched this "mannequin" in the balls for the hell of it? Poor guy.
by Anonymous13 years ago
they did this in an archie comic :)

I went into Sephora awhile ago and they had real people for mannequins. It was pretty creepy cause they would just watch you walk around.
by Anonymous13 years ago
This could work, all though most of the people without jobs wouldn't look good in the clothes.
by Anonymous13 years ago
They did this at a store at the mall near where I live. There were girls in prom dresses standing in the windows, and they weren't allowed to move.
Sounds like an awful job, actually.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Dude they did that in a shop and my friend almost peed her pants! :S

Great idea, but the problem is that business do not exist only to create jobs. In a capitalistic society, businesses exist for the sake of making a profit. The smallest amount of people hired to make/sell the largest amount of product
by Anonymous13 years ago
ha! well they had nothing else to do I guess.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Obviously, it's a joke. If that was a way, you wouldn't think they would have done that already. We're not like super geniuses here. They would have thought of that. No need to come here and explain why you can't.

They do that at a store in my mall, they have 3 girls standing in the windows with their prom dresses on. Its so weird, they have to keep a straight face and everyone keeps making faces at them! I couldn't do that without laughing :)
