She didn't actually interrupt a wedding. It is from a song in her new album, called Speak Now. I like the song, it's pretty cute and upbeat.

Despite anon's annoying grammar, he/she has a point. In a wedding, they specifically ask if anyone has any objections, and she did in the song. Kanye wasn't given an option to interrupt, but he did. Ignoring the literal though, good post :P
