Well you can't make that comparison until you've tried both...have you? Because trust me, quitting smoking is A LOT harder.

The only reason facebook would be difficult to quit would be if you were so hopelessly and pathetically dependent on social media to fill the void in your life because you don't have any real friends. Otherwise, get of the damn computer and go do something instead of facebook.
