+163 Politicians spend way to much time worrying about and running for the next campaign, and not enough time worrying about how run the country. Amirite?

But honestly... Who's fault is that? I can't speak for other parts of the world, but in the places where I've lived (US and Ecuador) people elect politicians because they like their persona and their charisma and they really don't pay too much attention to what the politician does in office or what their policies are. Maybe if voters put more stock into what the politician did in office and less into how much they like their personality, that wouldn't be an issue.
