Actually babies are born 100% selfish, in order to survive because they can't do anything for themselves, so they need others to care for them. Even small children can only think of themselves because they aren't mature enough to realize that other people have feelings. So they are not born pure and beautiful on the inside, that is gained from the right parents and environment. It's literally the opposite.
