You are not allowed trick or treating, amirite?
by Anonymous12 years ago
POSTED ON OCTOBER 26TH LOL.

I feel like part of such a minority right now. ._. Hooray for ultra-Christian parents
by Anonymous12 years ago
I can't do it anymore because I'm old. :(

Hahah high five!
by Anonymous12 years ago
It's not my parents holding me back, it's my immune system. Peanut allergies suck.
by Anonymous12 years ago
YES! I'm not the only one whose mom thinks that going trick or treating on Halloween will cause "demons and witches to possess your body."
by Anonymous12 years ago
sorry about that. I'm christian myself, but people who are that crazy about it annoy me :/
by Anonymous12 years ago
How could parents be so cruel?
by Anonymous12 years ago
My mother would let me if I actually wanted to, I just prefer to hand out candy/scare youngsters now.
by Anonymous12 years ago
I'm allowed, but I just don't go. I'd rather see the happy faces of children when you give them lots of Reese's. (and the occasional lone teen without a costume.)
by Anonymous12 years ago
Aren't they so annoying(the teens)? It's, like, really, at least put a little effort into it, put a sheet over your head and poke some eyeholes into it, SOMETHING.

im christian so my parents believe that it is something we should not participate it. ive never done it and i used to feel so left out at the school parties and all that but later i realized im not missing out on much and i dont think about it anymore. instead i go to church and read to the little kids.
by Anonymous12 years ago
haha it's not something demonic or something uncrhistianly at all. It's just fun.
by Anonymous12 years ago
yea i see it that way too because its pretty innocent but my parents say its not the whole tricker treating thing thats wrong. its what the whole holiday was founded on, which apparently is demonic :/

As a Christian I was always taught that Halloween derived from All Saints Day when children would dress up as saints and parade the streets, so we always celebrated it. Never thought of it as a monstrous thing.
