Stopping hurricanes by using the same crystals to make them drop their moisture (only effective in huge amounts, but still possible), cloud seeding away from where you want rain to exhaust clouds, heating one area and cooling another to make a wind current, Increasing global temperature (unintentional, but still counts) Launching rockets with wires to induce lightning strikes. Humans can control weather given enough resources, but only cat nip can control cats. What I'm worried about is a cat creating weather in the form of rainbow rain, rainbow hurricanes and rainbow meteor showers. I think we know what cat I'm talking about.
