Honestly, the only reason I'd vote for her in the next election is because the alternative is Obama. I, and I know some of you WILL call me a sexist, do not believe a woman should (should, not could) run the country. Palin has good morals, she's intelligent and capable, however, the president is no place for a woman. What will Iran, whose women have no rights, think if a woman tries to make peace? They'd probably laugh. Honestly, women are just as capable and innovative as men; however, that is one job I believe needs to remain a man's. (Cue fEMMAnist's arrival.)

I said women are equally as capable, maybe more so, but it isn't a woman's place. I know I probably won't vote for a women if there's an equally qualified and moralistic man. However, as I disagree fundamentally with pretty much everything Obama says, I'll vote Palin if she runs.

So many successful countries have had/do have female leaders. It shouldn't matter what other countries think of you. I mean America have voted in some men that were pretty unpopular with other countries, but it didn't matter, because they were voted in by the people to run America and do the best for it's people, not to appease someother backwards thinking country... so yeah my point is that it's a terrible argument by scrantoncity as to why a woman shouldn't be president (and I know you don't agree with him but I just had to say that >.>)

Tell me, how intimidated would a woman feel at a UN meeting? Or meeting with Russia? No women, in my opinion, are able to radiate an intimidating air. They just aren't authoritative enough. That isn't to say a woman wouldn't be capable. Also, the women would never have the time to have or raise kids. Which is a huge part in why I will probably not vote for Palin. How good of a mother can you be when the entire country is relying on you?
