-107 A "nap" should be 20-30 minutes, not 3-4 hours. amirite?

My friend came up with a good definition. Anything under an hour is a power nap. 1-5 is a nap. 5+ is sleep. lol

If you sleep over 20 minutes, but less than an hour for a nap, you'll be tired. But naps that are too long aren't good for you, so it's a fine line!
