(The strong is not the one who overcomes people by use of his physical strength; rather he is the one who controls himself while in anger.) (Al-Bukhari). It is reported in a Hadith on the authority of Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) that the messenger of Allah (Mohammed ( ) Peace and blessing of Allah be upon him said : **"The man is not a good wrestler; the strong man is in fact the person who controls himself at the time of anger."**

Being angry causes one to make/say foolish things, which still have consequences. If you act disproportionately regarding what can reasonably be expected from an angry person in the current situation, or if you simply get mad too often, I'll judge your for either.
