Deer steak is good! I don't know why people think eating deer steak is any worse than eating regular steak from a cow. Deer steak is much healthier too.

Shooting an animal in the wild, and then using all it's parts for food or clothing is more humane than sticking a cow in a cage for months or years; starving it and sticking it full of antibiotics and then only taking the "tasty" parts of the cow and leaving the rest to rot.

I used to live on a farm so I know how fresh food can really get. We had chickens and cows, though used the cows mainly for milk. Since it was in the country I hunted deer and rabbit for food. It would feed me, my parents, siblings and neighbors for weeks.
