I hate that part of "moral" teachings. It's like...it's our body parts...let them stimulate it, nobody's getting hurt by this. If you think about it, the church (and of course other religions) want guys to cum only once they are married and with the intent of having children. I dunno, I don't think I could go 30+ years of blue balls, just to release and have a kid 9 months later.

I think it's stupid to shame your kids for masturbating, but below a certain age porn is a bad idea. If I had a 12 year old son hiding nudie mags, I'd take them; but at 15? Why bother? I wonder if all those mothers who freak out and make their teenage sons feel dirty for wanting to look at naked girls realize that they're the #1 cause behind trauma-induced homosexuality.
